Depending on the time of the season, the hands-on workshop encompasses priceless knowledge of filleting salmon, learning the basics of how to ‘cold’ smoke fish in a traditional style smoke house, and how to pack and jar 3-day smoked fish. Each participant will receive a complementary pint of smoke fish to take home.
